Portland Cement Studios

Rental Agreement       

 

Portland Cement Studios (PCS) rents spaces on a month to month basis. All tenants are required to carry renter's insurance for their space as PCS is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.

 

PCS requires a room deposit of $100 and key card deposit of $25, both of which are fully refundable upon move out. We ask that all tenants provide us with 30 day written notice prior to move-out.
